CleanStep Valet Trash Service requests that residents put their trash out from Sunday through Thursday, between 8:00 pm-10:0 pm. Trash must be in a bag and tied.
NO more than TWO bags per resident per night. One should be inside of the trash can bagged and tied, and the other on top of the trash can, bagged and tied.
The Resident’s valet trash container MUST be out between 6-8 PM for trash pickup on the designated days.
Valet trash is carried from the apartment doorstep to the onsite trash receptacle.
Pick up will be documented nightly in the company app.
All trash violations will be reported to the community manager on a weekly basis.
Onsite CleanStep Agent will walk the property to pick up any lingering trash.
